The Homes Sales Progression Service – for Buyers​

Access to the Homes Sales Progression team is included as part of our service, at no cost to you. The team is here to manage the key stages of the sales and buying process, in order to keep all parties up-to-date. As a buyer, you will be in direct contact with a dedicated member of this team whose primary role is to establish clear lines of communication with all relevant contacts, particularly conveyancing solicitors. The flow diagram illustrates the interaction between the main parties – from the buyer’s offer being accepted by the seller, up to the point of exchange of contracts where a binding commitment is then established.
