Strong demand for residential property sales continues

We are seeing demand remaining very strong as we head towards the end of the year. Residential sales agreed in our region are up, year-on-year, by an amazing 69% and we’re anticipating that prices will have risen by nearly 6% in 2020, over last year. Even with the ending of the stamp duty holiday in March next year, which has undoubtedly buoyed the market to date, we are very positive about the outlook for 2021.
