Homes have just collected their 5th major industry award in 4 years! This latest recognition was announced at the national EA Masters event in London late last week.

Before being awarded Winner of the Best Agent for Sales in Hampshire, Berkshire and the Isle of Wight, Homes had already been shortlisted as being in the top 3% of national agents by the Property Academy. This was based on extensive research, mainly done by Rightmove, looking at levels of service and results achieved covering 15,000 companies with over 25,000 individual branches. The analysis was a whole market estate agency assessment, based on a combination of performance data and customer experience scores. Homes were ranked No. 1 for Sales out of 43 companies which had been shortlisted in the region.

The performance data was made up of 18 separate criteria, collected over a 6 to 8 month period, using online property portals and included:

  • Did the property successfully sell or let?
  • How long was the property marketed for?
  • How accurate was the listed pricing vs sale price?
  • How many online viewings per property?
  • Number of click-thrus per property page?
  • Quantity and quality of photographs?
  • Availability and quality of floorplan?

The customer experience scores were calculated using mystery shopping plus website enquiries, created to specifically score performance, based on 10 years of Homemovers’ survey opinions.

  • Knowledge & information
  • Responsiveness
