We’re delighted to announce the internal promotion of Liana Marlow as Operations Director at Homes.
Liana is known to all of us across our four offices as ‘the person who misses nothing and gets things done’. She has been with Homes since 2012 managing the Alton office and being instrumental in setting up and growing our invaluable Sales Progression team. Since joining, Liana has developed outstanding relationships with local solicitors that have contributed directly to the sales success we have enjoyed. With a great eye for detail and her inherent local knowledge (born and bred in Alton), she’s been the ‘go to’ person for information on property transaction administration.
Liana’s new role will report in directly to the Managing Directors. She will be responsible for the day to day overseeing of the business operation from staff recruitment and appraisals to monitoring and managing internal processes and systems, and coordinating the company’s marketing activity.
As our business within Homes grows, we know that our infrastructure needs to adapt to changing property market forces and we want to remain several steps ahead of our competitors. The arrival and integration of online property portals and Prop Tech all make for a more competitive, digitally aware and fast paced industry. We recognise this. But we also don’t want to lose sight of the core of our business – selling and letting more homes than anyone else in our local area.
Liana’s promotion and new appointment is a strategic move to enable the sales staff to focus generating revenue, with the big advantage of an experienced operations leader and system behind them.
