Dear Clients and Applicants.
Following the government announcement over the weekend to introduce a further lockdown as of Thursday 5th November, we felt it was important to communicate with you as quickly as possible.
The Directors at Homes want to reassure you of our plans to continue to function as a business, whilst highlighting the additional precautions we have introduced to maintain the safety of you and our staff at all times, which continues to be a priority.
Please see below an article from Property Industry Eye that should hopefully provide a little more clarity about how the new lockdown rules affect our industry.

It is good news as far as we are all concerned to be able to continue business as normal, but it is essential that now more than ever, we all follow social distancing guidelines both in and out of the work environment.
As a responsible business, we will be purchasing a number of digital thermometers for managers to take and record each member of staff’s temperature in the morning, and for negotiators to check each applicant prior to them entering clients’ homes for a viewing.
We will discuss our intentions with the management team tomorrow to enable them to communicate in greater detail to their teams, so there is consistency across our offices. Naturally, if there are any further updates/changes to the guidance, we will advise you.
With best wishes to you during this uncertain period and stay safe.
