Charlie has been immersed in estate agency and has built a career that spans over 20 years. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to constantly raise standards, he’s earned a reputation as a leader in the field. Passionate about every aspect of the business, Charlie remains hands-on across all areas of Homes.

Living in Hindhead and with over 40 years’ experience in the industry, Darren knows the local property market inside out. Having spent many years working in and around the area, he’s a familiar and trusted face. Outside of work, he’s often out cycling through the Meon Valley and up Butser Hill with friends. Married to his childhood sweetheart Brigid, Darren has two grown-up children and shares his home with Elvis, their loyal (and ageing) Border Terrier.

Tanya joined the Homes team having previously worked in estate agency locally for many years. Having lived in the area most of her life her local knowledge and experience within the industry helps her provide a first class service to all of her clients. Outside of work she is a keen road cyclist.

Karen joined Homes when we opened our Petersfield office in 2013 and has been a key part of the team ever since. With a wealth of local estate agency experience and deep knowledge of the Petersfield area, Karen is a calm, reassuring presence for clients at every stage of their move. Her friendly and expert approach is valued by both the team and the people we support.

Tina brings over 30 years of estate agency experience and joined Homes in 2020, focusing on Sales Progression – an area she’s particularly passionate about. Her in-depth knowledge and calm, organised approach help ensure sales move forward smoothly and efficiently for all involved. She’s been a fantastic addition to the team.
